Therapy for Residents of Coral Springs, FL

GROWING BEYOND OLD PATTERNS

Our earliest bonds shape the way we love, trust, and protect ourselves. These attachment styles, rooted in childhood, influence how we respond to our partners, families, colleagues, and friends—especially when we feel vulnerable. When our core needs go unmet, we may feel rejected or unseen. In response, we often develop protective habits that guard us from hurt but also keep us from experiencing the closeness we crave.

Through therapy with Elizabeth—individually, as a couple, or with family—you can begin to see your relationships through a fresh lens. Therapy allows unspoken needs to be voiced: the wish to be valued, to feel secure, and to know you’re not alone when life becomes overwhelming. This awareness fosters connection, empathy, and the ability to relate in healthier, more fulfilling ways.

Elizabeth Pankey-Warren, practicing in Boca Raton, is a certified Emotionally Focused Therapist (ICEEFT) and EMDR therapist. Her passion is helping people grow in self-awareness, heal unresolved pain, and nurture relationships that are safe, meaningful, and full of love.
